Annual Film Fund

Over 80 years ago, the Museum became the first major cultural institution to create a curatorial department devoted to the collection and preservation of film. Gifts to the Annual Film Fund allow our curators to break new ground in cinema, presenting over 1,000 screenings a year, from classics and studio hits to experimental and indie films from all over the world.
