Discover different kinds of movement in art—from artworks that suggest motion, to objects that actually move, to the gestures artists make when creating art. In this Art Lab, you can play with balance while making a mobile, create a stop-motion animation, experiment with performance art, and engage in other hands-on activities.

Saturday–Thursday, 10:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Friday, 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

This spring join us at 4:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month for movement-focused gallery tours for families with kids ages five and up. Sign up at the Art Lab desk beginning at 3:30 p.m.
