The Adobe Foundation is proud to support equity, learning, and creativity at MoMA.
MoMA and Adobe’s partnership seeks to support equity, learning, and creativity through The Adobe Foundation’s support of a series of Learning and Engagement programs at The Museum of Modern Art. The Adobe Creative Residency, established in 2015, expands its rich legacy of supporting creatives of all backgrounds through an ambitious new program at MoMA. Each year, the partnership will provide vital resources for an artist to work with Museum experts and an artist mentor on a community-based project of their choosing to be realized at the culmination of the Residency period. In addition to the Adobe Creative Residency at MoMA, the Adobe Foundation is proud to support the Museum’s Learning and Engagement efforts, with particular emphasis on School and Teacher Programs. The Adobe Foundation’s support will enable MoMA to reach new ambitious goals including tripling its school and youth programming in New York City public schools and ensuring as many students as possible have access to arts education.
The collaboration is part of Adobe & Museums, a new global initiative by the Adobe Foundation to elevate diverse voices and support the next generation of creators through partnerships with world-renowned art institutions, including The Museum of Modern Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
