MAXXI, the National Museum of 21st Century Arts, in Rome, has participated in the Young Architects Program since 2011. The winning project for 2014 is 8 1/2 by orizzontale (Rome). This year’s finalists are B22 (Milan), INOUTarchitettura (Ferrara), Matilde Cassani (Milan), and PKMN architectures & CICLOSTILE architettura (Bologna and Madrid).
