Founded in 2008 in Santiago, Chile, by the architects Jeannette Plaut and Marcelo Sarovic, CONSTRUCTO is a cultural organization devoted to Chilean and Latin American architecture, design, and art. It began partnering with MoMA on the Young Architects Program this year, and the winning project is Color Shadows, by Eduardo Castillo (Santiago). The finalists are Andrea Von Chrismar (Santiago), Nicolás Norero (Santiago), Pezo von Ellrichshausen (Concepción), and Verónica Arcos (Santiago).
