Founded in 2008 in Santiago, Chile, by the architects Jeannette Plaut and Marcelo Sarovic, CONSTRUCTO is a cultural organization devoted to Chilean and Latin American architecture, design, and art. It began partnering with MoMA on the Young Architects Program in 2010, and the winning project for 2011 is Water Cathedral Project, by GUN (Valparaíso). This year’s finalists are Aberto Fernández (Santiago), Diego Labbe (Santiago), Jean Petitpas (Valparaíso), and Mitsue Kido (Santiago).
