Join us for a member-only screening of The Virgin Suicides to celebrate the film’s 25th anniversary and the release of a new book about the film. Then, enjoy a discussion with filmmaker Sofia Coppola, moderated by Vogue editor Keaton Bell.
Based on the novel by Jeffrey Eugenides, Sofia Coppola’s haunting debut film follows five adolescent sisters in a Detroit suburb in the 1970s, and their impact on the boys who became enamored with them.
The screening will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by a discussion and Q&A. Please enter through the Ronald S. and Jo Carole Lauder Building entrance at 11 West 53 Street. Advance registration is required and capacity is limited.
