This weekend marks the penultimate Saturday of the 2016 Warm Up season!
Powell, Russell Haswell, and Not Waving of Diagonal Records will start the day, followed by a thrilling set by Marcus Marr, a regular at Berlin’s famed nightclub Berghain, and exciting indie electronic sounds by Hot Chip. The day culminates in a set by UK-based DJs Joy Orbison and Ben UFO.
We are very excited to have Clams Casino perform this week at Warm Up the day after the release of his debut album 32 Levels!
Before he performs, we are pleased to present Eartheater’s psychedelic vibes, Australian DJ Nina Las Vegas, and two grime sets from London by AJ Tracey and DBM.
This Saturday we are thrilled to host Theo Parrish, a pillar of Detroit’s house/techno scene for over 20 years. Before Theo plays, we are very excited to hear: Detroit’s mysterious techno master DJ Stingray, the genre-bending sounds of Cologne-based DJ/producer Lena Willikens, and a set from New York-based Japanese writer/artist/DJ Kiki Kudo.
Last week, we were lucky to host a disco-heavy dance party! After DJ Guiddo and Kento Slash Demon opened the show, we had the pleasure of witnessing the genius of Danny Krivit, Nancy Whang’s lively and ecclectic set, and a riveting live performance by MHD.
This Saturday we are excited to host Danny Krivit, one of the most admired disco DJs in the world!
