Serious techno vibes and unusual, intriguing rhythms filled last Saturday’s Warm Up. Rabit cast an air of darkness over the MoMA PS1 courtyard with beats typically reserved for late at night, making for an exciting daytime setting. The party continued with a nighttime feel while the sun shone bright over the crowd as they danced to a live set from Dorian Concept, followed by an infectious first ever performance from footwork producer Jlin, and a more upbeat DJ set from Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs. Atom™ took the stage next for a no-nonsense, experimental live techno set, followed by the legendary Moritz von Oswald, who gave an expert techno performance to close out the night.
