Design, create, and experiment in the People’s Studio all summer long! Join MoMA Teens for an entire season of after-hours art explorations, community building, and hands-on learning across multiple mediums. More Art Mondays is a series of free, drop-in studio sessions for youth ages 13–19. Sessions will be held every Monday evening from July 3 through August 21, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Art materials and snacks are provided for each session. Beginners are welcome; no previous art-making experience is necessary. No application or registration is required. All high school–aged people may attend.
More Art Mondays is held in MoMA’s new education space, the People’s Studio, and is inspired by progressive education models and the belief that learning is best achieved through hands-on experiences, collaboration, social exchange, and expression across mediums.
