On March 30, the Department of Film and Media, The Junior Associates, and the Film and Media Committee of The Museum of Modern Art will host their annual event, A Work in Progress. This benefit, now in its third year, celebrates a distinctive directorial voice in the art of filmmaking. This year’s honoree is Sofia Coppola, director of Lick the Star (1998), The Virgin Suicides (1999), and Lost in Translation (2003).

Organized by Natalie Hirniak, Manager, Department of Film and Media, and Maggie Lyko, Manager, The Junior Associates, and Associate Director, Department of Development.

Licensing
