In the Color Classics series, Fleischer Studios experimented with two- and-three-strip Technicolor processes, eventually letting loose with resplendent longer-form cartoons like Poor Cinderella (featuring Betty Boop as a redhead!) and the two-reel classic Popeye the Sailor Meets Sindbad the Sailor, which famously commingles two-dimensional cartoons with eye-popping 3D backdrops.
