Join filmmaker Miranda July, actor Evan Rachel Wood, photographer Collier Schorr, scholar Sonia Misra, and curator AJ Girard for a celebration of the odd man out. On the occasion of July’s new film Kajillionaire (Focus Features), they’ll discuss themes of tenderness, materiality, and the othered body in visual art, and consider the film’s protagonist, Old Dolio (played by Wood), in the context of gender and liberation. The conversation will be moderated by Sophie Cavoulacos, an assistant curator in the Department of Film.
