As a chef, author, and owner of Mina's restaurant at MoMA PS1, Mina Stone cohabits the worlds of art and food. In Cooking with Artists, her recurring series on Magazine, she invites artists to share recipes from their lives and reflect on the role of food in their practices, heritage, community, and education.
Join us for a live edition of Cooking with Artists with Mina and special guest Adam Pendleton, an interdisciplinary artist whose upcoming exhibition, Who Is Queen?, opens at MoMA in fall 2021. To cook alongside Mina as she prepares Pendleton's recipe for roasted delicata squash, you'll need the following: Delicata squash, extra virgin olive oil, two to three cloves of garlic, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and chili flakes (optional).
