A trio of models living in New York—Schatze, Loco, and Pola—are self-described gold diggers on the hunt for millionaire husbands, but they can’t tell the heroes from the heels. Definitely more intelligent than the men they are chasing, these women are on a mission and cannot afford to be sidetracked by actually falling in love…or can they? The Cinemascope widescreen format is perfect for the production numbers, expertly shot by Jean Negulesco’s favorite cinematographer, Joseph MacDonald.
