In the final weeks of the exhibition, MoMA’s Marron Atrium hosts the New York–based Movement Research (MR), one of the world’s leading laboratories for the investigation of dance and movement-based forms. At the Museum, MR offers classes, workshops, and discursive events, transforming the Atrium into a space for creative process and education.
Fun Fridays are a special edition of Movement Research classes designed to bring together our community for some movement and fun, because it is, after all, Friday night.
Free and open to everyone ages 18 and over. Space is limited and registration is required to participate. Registration is available online and in person on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that these classes may involve physical contact with other participants. Please wear comfortable clothes. Most classes will be conducted without shoes.
