Jennings’s usual subjects were wartime documentary shorts made for the General Post Office film unit. Making Fashion, which came earlier in his career, focuses on the British designer Norman Hartnell.

Pierre Bergé, Yves Saint Laurent’s husband and business partner, presents a bittersweet look into the fashion business and the life he and Saint Laurent shared until the designer’s death in 2008.
