Frank Lloyd Wright has often been associated with the concept of “organic architecture,” inspired by nature and connected to the land. He has been described as an anti-urbanite, an amateur horticulturist, and a supporter of rural life, though these labels aren’t necessarily accurate. In this session, we will re-examine his relationship to issues of urbanism, ecology, and education.
This session is led by Lauren Kaplan.
