In this 15-part Republic Pictures serial, Dick Tracy and his G-Men battle the evil doctor Nickolas Zarnoff. After his execution in prison, Zarnoff uses a drug to bring himself back from the dead. It’s up to Dick Tracy to apprehend the resurrected villain before he can put his his loathsome gang back together. Phylis Isley (Jennifer Jones) costars as Gwen Andrews.
