Brothers Paul and Joe Fabrini, who run a small trucking company in rural California transporting fruit and vegetables from farm to market, drive long hours and often experience fatigue behind the wheel. After picking up a boorish hitchhiker, they witness a horrible crash that alters life for all three of them.
