With Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Heath Ledger. This unconventional biopic presents Bob Dylan in six incarnations, played by six different actors (including Blanchett). Explaining his approach, Haynes said, “The minute you try to grab hold of Dylan, he’s no longer where he was. He’s like a flame.”
