This evening centers on Yoko Ono’s feature-length film, “Rape” (1969) (a collaboration with John Lennon), which will be accompanied by a selection of short films from the period. Alexandra Munroe, Samsung Senior Curator, Asian Art, and Senior Advisor, Global Arts, at the Guggenheim Museum; and organizer of Ono’s touring retrospective, YES Yoko Ono (2000–2002), will engage Yoko Ono in a conversation following the screening.
