Please join us for a series of films that explore relationships across age and life experience. Each screening will be followed by a conversation and a themed treat.
At heart, Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom is a tender story of young love and determination. In a fictional but oh-so-familiar scout camp on the equally fictional island of New Penzance, 12-year-old Sam and Suzy kindle the first flames of passion and run away together, as an Andersonian cavalcade of characters zealously gives chase. Will first love win the day?
