How do artists tell their stories? Take inspiration from the symbols, costumes, and settings in portraits on view in Frida and Diego: The Last Dream, Ideas of Africa: Portraiture and Political Imagination, and Wifredo Lam: When I Don’t Sleep I Dream. Then use collage and drawing techniques to make a portrait of your own in this drop-in art-making session.
Recommended for families with kids ages five and up. This program is free with advance registration and includes admission to the Museum.
