Discover new ways to see, make, and imagine as a family. This special day highlights nature, animals, and the art of weaving.
UNIQLO Family Day is free and includes admission to the Museum. Most activities will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are recommended for families with kids ages four and up. Registration is required. Select an entry time slot below.
Get ready for a day full of art and discovery:
- Draw from nature inspired by Hilma af Klint: What Stands Behind the Flowers.
- Screen joyful short films all about animals.
- Explore Woven Histories: Textiles and Modern Abstraction with an activity trail.
- Join a read-aloud of MoMA’s newest children’s publication, Anni & Bert: A Weaving Story.
- Add to collaborative weavings, make texture drawings, create with wire, and more!

Accessibility

The Cullman Education Building entrance has a power-assist door. Seating options include gallery stools, chairs with backs, and some gallery benches. Wheelchairs and rollators are available by request at all Museum entrances, on a first-come, first-served basis.
All-gender and family restrooms are located on Floors 1, 3W, 5, and T1.

FM assistive-listening devices (headsets and neck loops for T-coil compatibility) are available for sound amplification upon request.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available for public programs upon request with two weeks’ advance notice.

Guide dogs and other trained service animals are always welcome.
