Bridgehampton. 1998. USA. Directed by John Canemaker. This lyrical, personal study of Canemaker's Long Island garden through the seasons is accompanied by an original jazz score by Fred Hersch. 7 min.

Distant Islands. 1981. Canada. Directed by Bettina Matzkuhn Maylone. Using embroidery, quilting, and other fiber techniques, this film celebrates the simple delights of summer sailing trips in rural British Columbia. 7 min.

Where the Wild Things Are. 1973. USA. Directed by Gene Deitch. See what happens when young Max makes mischief and is sent to bed without his supper. Based on the book by Maurice Sendak. 8 min.

Big Drive. 2011. Canada. Directed by Anita Lebeau. In the back seat of the family car rolling across the wide-open prairies on a long Sunday drive, three sisters’ daydreams come to life. 9 min.
