Introduction
Active as an artist for three years, from 1918 to 1921, was a former architect who had created the plans for the Hagenbeck Zoo in Stellingen. At the age of 40, he became a follower and champion of the Dada movement in Berlin, calling himself Oberdada. Baader's Dada tactics were largely in the form of manifestos and public performances, often in collaboration with Raoul Hausmann.
