This week is full of after-hours programs and in-gallery experiences that you won’t want to miss.

• On Wednesday, attend a panel discussion and book launch celebrating visionary architect Frederick Kiesler and his Endless House project, which is also the subject of an exhibition at MoMA. RSVP is required.

• Commemorating the 100th anniversary of the director/writer/actor’s birth, Hasse Ekman: The Other Swede in the Room kicks off on Wednesday with his own favorite film, Girl with Hyacinths, introduced by his wife and daughter, and Swedish film scholar Fredrik Gustafsson.

• On Thursday, artists and scholars come together for a panel discussion, Perspectives on From Bauhaus to Buenos Aires: Grete Stern and Horacio Coppola</a>, </strong>on the work and accomplishments of these two figures, whose work represented a new chapter in the history of transnational modernism. </p>

• On Friday, performances in the galleries activate artworks in the new exhibition Transmissions. At noon, an attendant will read news about the Vietnam War in Italian, French, Spanish, and English for David Lamelas’s Office of Information about the Vietnam War at Three Levels: The Visual Image, Text and Audio, then facilitators and members of the public will perform Time (1970).
