A few of our friends showed us what they “LoVE” and now it’s your turn!
From September 21 to 23, the MoMA Design Store in Soho is teaming up with Lomography to help you “Find Something You LoVE.” Lomography, creator of unique analogue cameras that have captured the imagination of people around the world, will have a photographer in the store to snap pictures of shoppers of all ages showing off their favorite products. The photos will be available to download and share after the event. Shoppers who are photographed will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Lomography prize package that includes:
- One Lomo LC-A+—The classic Lomography camera that started the movement
- One LC-A+ Krab—Encasement to take the Lomo LC-A+ 65 feet below the water’s surface
- One Lomo LC-A+ Wide Angle Lens—Lens that expands the 32mm view to 20mm for even wider shots
- Three packs of film—Lomography’s own Color Negative 400 35mm film

This collaboration was inspired by the MoMA Design Store’s new “Find Something You LoVE” campaign, which celebrates our shoppers and the designs that inspire them. The idea grew out of feedback from shoppers that have shared stories about the role our products have played in their lives. Some have sent photos of a beloved vase in a kitchen windowsill, some have told us about the fond memories of a New York City vacation that a certain item brings to mind, and others have shared unexpected and ingenious uses of products in ways we could have never imagined.
Keeping in the spirit of these conversations, we invited a few friends to show us what they love and pose for a series of photo shoots. The resulting images have been shared with our online community and have greeted our store visitors in windows and fixtures.
