Brazilian, 1914–2010 20 works online

Hércules Barsotti was born in São Paulo, where he worked as a chemist until 1939. He had also studied design and drawing and, after a few years experimenting with Surrealist painting, in the early 1950s he began making abstract drawings with an extreme economy of line and form.
