Ready for an escape? Join us for a night out at MoMA featuring art, performances, live music, and more.
Leave traditional notions of travel behind, and experience an expansive idea of wanderlust—emotions, memories, desire—inspired by the energy of club culture and artistic collaboration. For this special event, the Museum will transform into a space for discovery through DJ sets, artist performances, collaborative art making, and more.
During MoMA After Hours you’ll also have exclusive access to explore the Museum’s second-floor collection galleries and new exhibitions including Taking Back Our Space: Photographic Perspectives, Architects of Liberation: Modernism in Western Africa, The Surrealist Book, and more. Pop-up bars will be open all night.

Hands-On Workshop: Cassandra Mayela Allen
An exploration of braiding and weaving techniques in the Crown Creativity Lab with an artist whose work examines memory, meditation, and labor as tools for self-healing.
7:30–8:00 p.m.
Performance: L’Rain
Transcending boundaries, this improvisational performance in the Gund Lobby takes the form of a sound and moving image event with the audience.
8:00–8:45 p.m.
Performance by Camila Arroyo and Riccardo Daniel presented by TUMBAO
An immersive fashion show in which dancers make garments part of their choreography, allowing clothing to become a stage, a memory, and a form of performance.
8:45–10:00 p.m
DJ Set: Alexis De La Rosa & Lysis
A celebratory DJ set, with the Museum’s garden as a backdrop (outside if weather permits), to bring the evening to an energetic and joyful conclusion.

How do I attend?
Advance tickets are required. General admission tickets are $30 in advance, $45 at the door.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Yes! Pop-up bars serving a selection of drinks and light snacks will be available for purchase. Debit or credit card only; no cash accepted.
Does this ticket include Museum admission during the day?
No. This ticket does not include regular Museum admission during the day of the event. This ticket is exclusively for entry to After Hours beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Accessibility
- An accessibility table in the main lobby will have fidgets and noise-dampening earbuds available for guests (while supplies last).
- The Marlene Hess and James D. Zirin Lounge on Floor 1 offers a quieter spot to relax; food and drink are welcome there.
- Our main entrance on 53rd Street is wheelchair accessible, with a power-assist door. Stools, wheelchairs, and rollators are available on request.
- ASL interpretation is available with two weeks' advance notice.
