MoMA PS1 relies on a variety of funding sources to enable its activities and programs. This support allows MoMA PS1 to continue to present cutting-edge exhibitions to thousands of visitors from around the world each year. As MoMA PS1 works to elevate the role of art in contemporary culture and actively attract new audiences, your support is more important than ever. We thank each of our donors for their loyalty and enthusiasm, and look forward to working with new friends as we build for the future.
Annual Exhibition Fund
Combining a fast-moving, provocative approach to exhibitions with the direct involvement of artists, MoMA PS1 presents an extensive program of exhibitions and events in its nearly 125,000-square-foot repurposed school building in Long Island City, Queens. Unlike other museums, where exhibitions are scheduled years in advance, MoMA PS1 maintains a flexible calendar. While this affords MoMA PS1 the freedom to present “of-the-moment” work, planning time is significantly shorter—often no more than three to six months. The MoMA PS1 Annual Exhibition Fund was created to help ensure the success of this vibrant program of exhibitions within a shortened time frame.
MoMA PS1 is pleased to offer a new opportunity for corporations to engage with the institution’s exhibitions and programs. In recognition of their support, members of the MoMA PS1 Corporate Circle receive a host of valuable benefits. Depending on the level of contribution, these can include free employee admission, invitations to openings and special events, access to tours and lectures, and the opportunity to entertain clients and employees in the Museum’s public spaces and galleries.
