If you stand on the landing between the second and third floors on the new blade stair, you can look outside and have an impeccably framed view of the urban plaza across the street. It is thought-provoking to see the stairs and museum in dialogue with the sculpture, and it is invigorating to see the museum open up—literally and symbolically—to the city.
