Listening to APEX I am pressed up on the cellular and celestial. Jafa’s rapid-fire montage sequence makes me see and feel otherwise, asking me to be in the present as a problem inseparable from history. It asks us what means most: How do we live and love in the midst of all this violence and beauty?
