Neil Beloufa was born and studied in Paris before coming to the US, and he currently lives in New York. In this work, which combines moving image and sculptural forms, the artist highlights our participation in a surveillance culture; cables and cords are clearly visible, and images of the viewer are looped in through closed-circuit television.
