- This single impression with hand additions is one of two known compositions to use this plate. Despite the numbering in the title, this is the only known "Rest" composition. There is also a composition that uses three impressions of this plate, all with hand additions. The triptych can be seen in the Evolving Composition Diagram below.

- The plate size and paper type could not be documented because this work is not in MoMA's Collection and could not be examined in person.
Although the number in the title suggests there are multiple impressions titled "Rest," there are no additional impressions of this plate known at the time of cataloguing (2018).
