This is a very nice picture. It shows how
sentimental my father was. He really
liked his brother. On the right, that is my
father, and he is holding his brother,
Désiré. They are quite different: Désiré
was older and he already had two boys.
He was taken in the army and that
supposedly called for a celebration —
explaining the flower. Well, Désiré, the
stupid man, he got himself killed in the
first week of the war.
