There’s an insane amount of poetry and poetry-related stuff going on at MoMA from now until June. Some of the best poets, authors, and musicians will be descending into the galleries for guerilla readings. Below is a list that consolidates everything in one easy-to-reference place.

George Cukor (1899–1983), a graduate of DeWitt Clinton High School, was barely out of his teens when he began working on Broadway.

Inventing Abstraction, 1910–1925, on view at MoMA through April 15, chronicles the early years of abstraction in Europe and the United States. At the core of the exhibition is the idea that abstraction was not the result of individual genius, but rather arose from and spread through an international network of artists hanging out, collaborating, and sharing ideas during the years before and after World War I.

New York City is the ultimate melting pot—from cuisine to culture, we have a little bit of everything here. What more could MoMA bring to this dynamic and exciting community? Artist, data expert, and all around amazing thinker Raúl Cárdenas Osuna of course!

Don’t miss Louise Bourgeois’s The Fragile, on view through March 8 on MoMA’s second-floor landing, outside the entrance to the Prints and Illustrated Books Galleries. The Fragile is included in the first 400 works on the Museum’s recently launched online catalogue raisonné, Louise Bourgeois: The Complete Prints & Books.
