This is the tenth exhibition in an annual series devoted to significant recent work in photography. Originally installed in a single gallery, the New Photography exhibition last year expanded to two galleries.

Over the past decade the series has presented bodies of work by thirty-eight artists from the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Collectively the work of these artists inevitably suggests the diversity of contemporary photography. Each body of work, however, has been presented as an individual achievement.

This exhibition is made possible by a generous grant from Springs Industries, Inc., and is part of The Springs of Achievement Series on the Art of Photography.
