Throughout his career, Frank Lloyd Wright negotiated the relationships between form and function, structure and decoration, and graphic and three-dimensional design. In this session we will discuss a variety of works, from residential designs and Midway Gardens to the Guggenheim Museum, that offer insight into Wright's lifelong engagement with the "grammar of ornament."
This session is led by Petra Pankow.
