Based on the writings of psychoanalyst Erik Erikson, this feature uses the metaphor of a carousel to illustrate the many stages of life. Stage six, young adulthood, focuses on issues of intimacy and isolation. Listen closely for the voice of Meryl Streep, among other notable narrators.
