Take the Triboro Bridge to the southbound/downtown FDR Drive to 53rd Street exit; proceed west on 53rd Street.  

From Brooklyn and Staten Island
Take Williamsburg Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, or Battery Tunnel to the Northbound/uptown FDR Drive; Exit at 42nd Street; turn right on Madison Avenue. Turn left onto 53rd Street.

From Northern New Jersey
Take George Washington Bridge to the West Side Highway (NY-9A); exit 56th Street. Turn left on Twelfth Avenue. Turn right on 57th Street. Turn right on Park Avenue. Turn right on 53rd Street.

From Southern New Jersey
Take New Jersey Turnpike to Lincoln Tunnel going toward Manhattan. Take the Tenth Ave./West Side Highway. Straight to Dyer Avenue. Turn right on 42nd Street. Turn left on Eighth Avenue. Turn right on 52nd Street. Turn left to Madison. Turn left on 53rd Street.  

From Upper Westchester
Take New York State Thruway south to the Major William F. Deegan. Turn right at Third Avenue. Take the Harlem River Drive ramp and merge to the FDR south. Take to 53rd Street exit; proceed west on 53rd Street.      

From the local airports

Newark Liberty International Airport
Take New Jersey Turnpike north (I-95N) and Exit RT-3 exit (exit number 16E) toward Lincoln Tunnel. Merge to I-495 E. Take the exit on the left towards Tenth Avenue/West Side Highway. Stay straight to Dyer Ave. Turn right on West 42nd Street. Turn left on Eighth Avenue. Turn Right on 52nd Street. Left onto Madison Avenue. Turn left on 53rd Street.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
Take Grand Central Parkway (west) toward Manhattan. Take Brooklyn Queens Expressway to exit 4 towards Verrazano Narrows Bridge/I-278 west. Take the RT-25A/Northern Blvd. exit 41. Turn right onto Northern Blvd. NY-25A. Turn right onto Queens Plaza N/Bridge Plaza N. Take Queensboro Bridge/59th Street Bridge Ramp.  Merge to Queensboro Bridge/59th Street Bridge. Take Second Ave. south ramp. Take 60th Street West ramp. Turn left onto East 60th Street. Turn left onto Park Avenue. Turn right onto 53rd Street.

Take Van Wyck Expressway I-678 N. Merge to I-495 W via exit 12B towards Midtown Tunnel. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto East 37th Street. Turn right on Third Avenue. Turn left on 47th Street. Turn right onto Park Avenue. Turn left onto East 53rd Street.
