MoMA Nights
MoMA stays open until 8:45 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month through June. Stop by after hours to enjoy full access to the galleries and theaters, free Gallery Talks, a cash bar, a DJ, and a special prix fixe dinner in Cafe 2.
Get in the spirit of Valentine's Day with romantic Tours for Two!
Impress your valentine with an unforgettable evening! Upon arrival you'll be greeted with a candlelit wine reception complemented by hors d'oeuvres such as miniature pepper tartlets, roasted carrot pancakes with goat cheese, and crispy shrimp with chili-lime dipping sauce. To complete this romantic evening, you'll receive a sweet treat before embarking on a private group tour after the Museum has closed to the public.
In the company of a knowledgeable and engaging art historian, you'll explore such beloved masterworks as Henri Matisse's Dance (I) (early 1909), Claude Monet's Water Lilies (1914–26), and Vincent van Gogh's The Starry Night (1889). A visit to the special exhibition Inventing Abstraction, 1910–1925, rounds out the tour.
