    2007. Poland. Directed by Andrzej Wajda. With Andrzej Chira, Maja Ostaszewska, Artur Smijewski, Danuta Stenka. The great Wajda’s sprawling epic, which exposed the cover-up of the World War II Katyn massacre, was nominated for the Oscar for Best Foreign-Language Film. 121 min.
