    1974. Italy. Directed by Dino Risi. Cowritten by Dino Risi. With Vittorio Gassman, Alessandro Momo, Agostina Belli. A surly army captain is forced to retire as a result of an accident that has left him blind. He travels across Italy accompanied by a young recruit, intent on committing suicide, but his relationship with the young man and an encounter with an old flame soon change his mind In Italian; English subtitles. 102 min.
