  • Kippur, War Memories

    1997. Israel/France. Directed by Amos Gitai. In 1973, during the Yom Kippur War, an Israeli helicopter carrying a first-aid crew was shot down over the Golan Heights. There were seven men aboard, including Gitai. Twenty years later, Gitai and many of the original crew return to the crash site in a journey of remembrance. In Hebrew; English subtitles. 120 min.
