    1995/96. Germany. Directed by Christoph Schlingensief. With Kitten Natividad, Udo Kier, Joachim Tomaschewsky, Johnny Pfeiffer. In this grotesque comedy, Schlingensief’s response to the United Nations’ failure to control the genocide in Rwanda during the early 1990s, a gay German U.N. general and his wife move to Africa, where they give the local dictator a V-2 rocket (developed in Nazi Germany during WWII) as a present. The general’s wife, supposedly a virgin, gives birth to a child of color, who turns out to be the Messiah. In German; English subtitles. 77 min.
