    1999. USA. Directed by Deborah Stratman. "When you're driving your car at 100 mph, you're not really driving it, you're aiming it" (Department of Motor Vehicles pamphlet). This rambling experimental documentary, about the street drag-racing scene on Chicago’s near West Side, explores the inner-city landscape, the people who live there, and the participants' obsession with speed for its own sake. 64 min.
