    1952. USA. Directed by Fred Zinnemann. With Gary Cooper, Grace Kelly, Thomas Mitchell, Lloyd Bridges, Katy Jurado. Controversial within the auteurist community for its misanthropic view of human nature, the film gets by on star power. This is Kelly's first major role, and Cooper won his second Oscar. 84 min.
