    1973. USA. Directed by Les Blank, Maureen Gosling. A look at the older, rural style of Cajun music played by Bois Sec ("Dry Wood") Ardoin and his sons, and Canray Fontenot. The film interweaves scenes from a country Mardi Gras with incidents in the lives of the Ardoin and Fontenot families. 37 min.

    1971. USA. Directed by Les Blank, Skip Gerson. The Cajun people of the southwest-Louisiana Bayou retain the ways and language of their French-speaking Acadian ancestors. The filmmakers capture their lifestyle and food traditions—along with the music of Dewey Balfa and his brothers Will, Rodney, and Drew. 37 min.
